The Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP2) contracts provide Information Technology (IT) systems and services necessary to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) requirements for IT solutions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Government agencies.

The CIO-SP2 contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order (TO) contract whose orders may be Time & Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Sharing (CS), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), or Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF).

NITAAC Contract Access Fee (CAF) equals 1% of TO funding (minimum of $250).

TO timelines are targeted at 7 to 28 days depending on order type and level of competition.
